can you believe as all gets better,  my arthritis, hip issues, shock shock.. all this pain there is nothing NOTHING they can do. Its a swelling lyph node that cant do anything about.. via  ortho, general surgeon, hemotologist, AND rhumy Dr... all concure... therres nothing I can do about it except treat the pain when it happens.. yippy

chris is dropping real fast ~ duh week 2. and I've comt to a screeching halt!!!! 30 lb to go and I cant get the scale to budge for 2+ weeks!!!! discouraging!!!!!!!!!   not 1 ! little ounce!!!!!!I can not let him beat me!!!! yeh compitition what can I say,,,, HELP

  hi everyone.. this past  few months have totally flown by! I seem to be a a steady 10 lbs a month. whichis just fine! I'm at 192. andhave less the 30lbs to go!!!!
  as I said tonight at a support meeting  8 months ago 30 would have been IMPOSSIBLE. now I have this inner gusto to get to it!
I also met a wonderful woman with whom Ive been chatting here *!HI LAUREN!!! I am soo excited for her...jless then 3 weeks to hers!
my Bf Chris had his rny 1 week ago,,he is doing great!!!! feeling better every day. ( our poor kids lol~ we have nothing in the house lol lol)
  a few weeks ago I saw my middle son for the first time in 10 months... he's 22,distance~ stopped dead in his tracks did a double and said wow,, ~" so I lost a little weight since I saw you"  ( he knew about the surgery)  Lord bless him, he says . "yeh you where a little bloated last time I saw you!" lol lol started the swimming ~ 1 time counts right!? goal this next week add 3 to that. and now that my dogs are up to date .. the parks with them... wish me luck... prayers for all of you out there!!!

wow, i cant believe the changes in myself. I just feel great. my blood work is perfect. proteins dint seem to be a problem.. exercise is! just don't seem to ever find the time to actually start.. indoor pool is 15 miles away. so procrastinating.. I'm down below 200lb for the first tine in 20 years!!!! a size 16 and they are getting big fast... funny joke is I lost my butt and well poor little twins may need* fix a flat*  rofl...  but considering all.. clipping my toenails and tying my shoes!! not sending the kids *upstairs because I'm tired or hurt.. but RUNNING up the steps !! ALL BY MYSELF. my balance is a zillion times better...now Ii just need how to figure WHO to make pics smaller so  can load them!  my worst issue is I still like my wine.. and very conscience about addiction transfer.. so being careful and watching.. thank god for support and family to get me out and giving me other ways to *unwind*

I   am so happy I went through with this... I truly worried by now that I would be stressing over foods.....failing.. like many people thinking the worst... thank You God  for making this so wonderful
 Chris my BF will be following suit soon.. oh no a competition??? no way... I cant wait for him to join me.. his poor back and legs have had it....

 Myself.. it was a wonderful and *strange* feeling when the other day I was stopped by a lady I do not know... she said wow you look great..you've lost a lot of weight! did you have *the surgery*?  she  asked.. and I told her yup and we chatted for a moment.. funny I have no idea who she is, but obviously I make a presence where I go.  she made me feel so good... and was genuine in her happiness for me!.. look out world here I come!!!!

I am soo happy about all this! I went into the hospital off all diabetic meds.. insulin, metformin, and januvia. was truelly expecting
to be back on meds for at least a few weeks... well  the day I left the hospital. the diabetic clinic specialist told me NOPE.
no meds... now at 10 weeks.. my a1c was 5.1! the joslin diabetic clinic whom I trusted my life with told me  GO HOME.
 you have no need for us!    THIS is a total success for me... this was the reason I did this.. to SURVIVE life. and be here for me a long life and MY SONS!!! I love you guys.thanks for the support!
