Today, I started my two week pre-op diet. Less than a day in and I already have learned a few things... One, always use cold water with the shakes/puddings, and that doesn't mean cold water out of the tap. Two, there really is enough food in this diet, really, there is. Three, use the boullion at least once a day, too many sweet things can become bleh.
So, so far, so good. Two weeks from today, I get to take the next biggest step of my life!
