Almost Time

well next week I will turn 30 and  2 weeks later I will be on my way into the ER to start the journey to a new me. I've been obese since I was a child and have never seen myself at a healthy weight nor known what it is like to feel healthy and good about the way I look. I just started Optifast  on Wednesday and boy am I hungry and grumpy!!! My husband calls my mood swings Hangries... I just cant seem to control my anger the last few days.. Im definitely one unhappy camper!  I wonder how many others have felt this way.. but I bet I am not alone in this! Day 3 of Opti and I am already down 6 lbs.. cant wait to see what the next 2.5 weeks bring.. hoping I can stay strong and get through this!
