50 pounds down is nothing to sneeze at, but my old fears and habits are starting to sneak in and it seems like everyone i know is watching me... yes i took a huge step and yes i'm much happier, but my old depression still haunts me... i'm going to seek some help, go to some support groups... also i've plateued for about 2 weeks or so... thats depressing too...but go me, 50 pounds, dang! praise god.
