I am so glad that I had this WLS. I have never felt so good about myself. I havent started exercising yet but I know I need to so I can speed up my weight loss. Im lazy. But I know Ive got to do it! But Im doing pretty good I think. I dont even care about food anymore. It feels amazing to not get hungry and to eat a few bites and be full. I did stay in ketosis for like 3 weeks because I wasn't eating enough calories a day, so i threw  in  some some milkshakes and sweets and got out of that. My doctor says that I am doing GREAT with the weight loss.

Well I am home now. My surgery went great!! The worst part for me was the gas pains from where they blow your stomach up! I am having esophogeal spasms and it makes it hard for me to get in my nutrituion. But my doctor said they would get better.  

Well it is finally here!! Tomorrow is my surgery day and i am scared,nervous,excited,happy..I didn't know I could have this many emotions at one time!!!
