I am four months post op and I have lost 69 pounds. I am really upset because I have hit a stall. I have to change things up some how to get myself losing weight again. Starting tomorrow things will be different. I promise myself that, I was 334 pounds and now I am at 265. 

I have four days until my surgery. They said I will be out of the hospital the next day. I am a little scared that they release me so soon. I know that I can do this. I am more then ready to have my surgery.
