Hello everybody! Thanks for checking out my page! I am a 22 year old living in Lynnwood, WA with my fiance, Wyatt and our orange kitty named Kitten. I lead a pretty simple life and I like it that way. I had a Lap-Band (paid out of pocket) on May 23, 2007. It never worked for me and made me really sick. In September 2009 I found out I had Lupus. They think that may be why I had so much trouble with the band. On February 10, 2010 I had emergency surgery to remove my slipped Lap-Band and gallbladder.

I gained about 30 pounds in a year and knew I needed to look at other options. Thankfully, due to the health care reform I was able to be on my Mom's insurance which is GREAT and covers weight loss surgery! I have decided on Dr.Joseph Chebli in Seattle to do the RNY for me! He is a great surgeon and I could not be more excited! I researched TONS of surgeons before picking him and know I've made a good choice!

I will have the RNY on September 26, 2011 at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA. I am just finishing up my pre-op testing the next two weeks along with testing protein recipes!

I will keep everyone updated on my progress :)
