5 months out

Well its been 5 months and a few days and Happy to report I am doing great! Im down a total of 109 lbs. I am much more active and feeling great.  I so regret not doing this years ago. I still don't eat much but have noticed its several times a day and most days lately I could eat all day long. Small portions of things and thats about it.
