Well,
I hit it--my first weight loss stall. Didnt lose a single pound this week. O'well, I'm staying focused and I'm thankful for the 33lbs I have lost!

Well,
I just want to talk about the weight loss I have already had. Day four after surgery I was down 10lbs!!! Day 10 after surgery I was down 30lbs!!! CRAZY, huh. It made me nervous b/c that is a LOT of weight lost--QUICK. It made me scared that if I continued to lose like that I would stop losing. Today I weighed myself and I lost another 3lbs... so thats 33 lbs total since surgery-18 days. I was a bit disappointed with the 3lb loss, but then I reminded myself that a loss is a loss. I just hope that the loss doesnt stop.
