Lets Start here 1/1/09

Well this is the start of my journey to a new healthier future!  I hope to do a photo diary (when i work out
how i can up;oad my photos).  I am 18 days from surgery! What a wonderful way to start the new year, fresh out look and fresh beginings!!

my current weight is 289LBS.  I start my pre op liver shrink diet tomo and although i have never stuck to diet for more than 5 weeks before( without being starving and dissappointed) i know that 14 days is not going to be forever and is for my future!!!

I have never got into the internet before but finding this site allows me to share so sorry to say i will be sharing sharing!!!!

Enough tonight i must get my kids to bed!
