"I finally met Dr. Fallang at his information session on January 10. Even though I knew most of what he talked about due to research, it was still good to hear directly from the surgeon. What I liked most about him was his enthusiasm for his procedure and the results of his patients. My 17 year old daughter went with me and now her fears are greatly reduced. She said she was going so she could tell him not to let me die. She didn't. I think she felt that he wouldn't. I have many contacts with the staff over the past two months and they have always been very nice and helpful. You are assigned a specific person in the office to work with you but whenever I call and my contact person isn't there, whoever answers the phone is always very helpful and eager to do so. Even though Dr. Fallang's session lasted over 4 and a half hours, it really did go fast. I will update after my first office visit and again after surgery. "
