This is a picture of me before surgery at my highest weight. I have always been heavy. I developed severe osteoarthritis in my knees. I need to have knee replacements, but the doctor won't do replacement surgery until I lose weight. I finally got to the point that I had to do something. I had RNY gastric bypass surgery on June 29, 2010.
