Due to complications with the anesthesiology group refusing to do my surgery because of my sleep apena, my original surgeon, Dr. Scott Bovard, highly recommended Dr. Averbach. I must say I have been very impressed with Dr. Averbach's program, office staff, and surgical expertise! His office staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The nutritionist and nurse coordinator return calls promptly and are very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Averbach to anyone looking for a surgeon for lap band."
