Just looking for stories and support for those considering surgery and those that have had RNY.  I had a first consultation appointment.  I know I have to do this and I know I am doing it for me.  It is still a scary thought, I know that they have made great strides and just being able to have the RNY via laperscopic surgery is a big plus but as with any surgery it always holds a risk and I need to stop thinking so much about what might be and start thinking about what could be.  I have all my paperwork to start the testing processes and will start calling and setting up appointments tomorrow.  I have family support which is so very important and I will succeed.
