Surgery in two days! Any tips for keeping calm and - My surgery is October 1st, so its about two days away. The anxiety is starting to set in and im wondering if anyone has any advice or tips to keep it all together?

October 1st!! So close... So scary!! - I'm having VSG surgery on October 1st. It's getting so close, and I'm starting to get very anxious.
Anyone have any tips for those before surgery jitters?
