Had my surgery,this thurs. actually feel pretty good. I`m down 20 lbs now, i`m on the liquid diet, so far so good, I know it will get old soon, but gotta do what I gotta do. The surgery went well, the only problem I had was with gas pain, which is just about all gone.I feel like this is one of, if not the bravest thing i`ve ever done, should had done it a long time ago.

I`m on a 700 cal. diet lost 11 pounds since the pre-op visit, think I will starve before my operation.246.6

well ive lost 5 lbs. and started the diet, They put me on for the operation. 18 days to go now.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 253.6

Well I went for my pre-op visit, got tons of information, and I weigh 258.4 pounds. WOW!!!!!!!!! I started dieting yesterday, feel like I need to get ready for the 700 cal. diet. I will however eat Christmas dinner then rigght back on, I want to see how much I can lose before the surgery. I`m so excited to be able to gain myself back.I want to keep records of it all, so maybe I can be a help to others.
