"I met him once and seemed very kind, helpful, and educated. He has a program manager and a nurse that help him and they were also very nice. They emphasized aftercare alot, and talked quite a bit about it. They have a structured aftercare program, but I do not know too much about it except that they set up appointments at differenct intervals until you get to a point where you see them once a year for the rest of your life. To address the risks of surgery, his nurse made an appointment with me and went over everything in detail.
5/26/00: I have gotten to know Dr. Baker more than I ever expected. With all my complications I have seen at least once a week for two months now. He has stayed so involved with my health and I could see how concerned he was about me. He truly is a wonderful doctor."
