"Dr. Jones is very articulate and throughly explained the risks that are associated with having WLS. I felt totally comfortable and at ease while talking to Dr. Jones and he answered all my questions without making me feel like he was pressed for time. D. Jones is a total professional, does not try to gloss over anything, covers everything there is to be covered in the initial meetings, reiterates in later meetings, is very open and responsive to questions. Dr. Jones is a wonderful surgeon and one that I would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Jones has a great staff of people working for him. However, there was one episode with his office manager where we got off on the wrong foot. But that is in the past and life is too short to hold grudges.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Dr. Jones 10+.
