Hello Everyone! I hope my page will help someone in the long run. I had my surgery on JUNE 22, 2009. My weight before I started my preop diet was 327.5.  I weighed in at 319.5 on my surgery day. My surgery only took about 1 hour. My recovery wasn't bad at all. I didn't have any nausea or vomiting. I thank God for that, because I hate being sick. I went home the next day. The first few days was tough trying to get around, and not lift anything heavy.
