wow beth you look great im going in on 8-12-03 for lap rny you give me hope thanks did you need tucks or did working out do it my arms are so big i wish i could where short sleaves but cant

Beth, Thanks so much for what you shared in your last post. I first came across you in the pictures and was so impressed how well and fit you look. I am 11 weeks postop and have not yet started to excercise consistently. I was thinking of joining a gym, so that I could go straigh from work, since once I get home I won't got out for anything - bad habit to break. Thanks for your words - I do need to do my part.
