Dear Beth, I have been to several GYMS and have never received anything but positive help from the staff and most clients. You go and join and think of you and your goals and do not worry about the others, some of them may well have been where we have. Keep that chin up and go forward for BETH ALLEN. Thank you so much for your support! It means so much to me. My hemoglobin went down some instead of going up so, I'll have to see what the doc says when he comes in. Again, thank you so much for your kindness and support.

Hi Beth, I just wanted to say thank you for your aniversary wishes. You will be at your one year mark before you know it. Just think one journey has come to an end and you have just embarked on a whole new adventure. Take the good with the bad and you will find yourself off and running before you know it. Beth, I just read your story ... so far ... keep posting! Wow that was great to have an insight into what is going to happen at the hospital. Praise God that all went well with your surgery!
