54 weeks post lap rny

My weight is back down one pound. It is so scarey to even think about gaining the weight back!! I am under so much stress at work, school, my kids school, finances, eating, drinking, my dog was bit by the neighbors dog for the second time and got a second raging infection!! I am going nuts! I need a spa day or something to relax and clear my mind.

Thanks everyone for their posts! I enjoy reading how everyone else is doing and what your doing!
