no insurance,no options

I am 36,not wealthy and have no insurance I am determined to get this surgery. I am contemplating moving to Canada is that crazy?
......UPDATE:..........I figured out how to get the surgery ....YAY..I am back in school and I saved my refund check from my loan and then purchased individual independant insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield so I will be getting the surgery for less than 3 grand out of pocket cost!!!!!!!! sooooooo...happy yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
