This has to be with out a doubt the worst feeling I've ever had, my stomach always feels empty even after I drink the shake.
 No matter how much water I drink I 'm still dehydrated and I use the bathroom a thousand times a day.
If I had any anxiety before its all turned to exaustion because of this.
