Currently i am 4 month's post opt and I have lost 83 lbs I feel great... I am having problems with eatting and eatting feels like a chore.. i am also losing my hair.. :(  All I want to do is to work and to go to the gym!!  

Just got home from my first dr's visit! And I lost 14lbs already!! This is such an exciting day my 1 month post op is set for jan 20th. Still not released to work but did say could visit my familty!! Can't wait!! I miss them so much!! And Am so Excited about the weight loss!! 

Tommorw is my First post op dr's appt. This week has been a strugle but hoping to hear some good news when i go. hoping for 2 things to be weighed and to have drain taken out.. today I had my first outing since coming home from surgery and it really tired me out... so I know that I didnt get enough fluid's or protien in but plan to make that up in tomorrow's diet...has anyone found a protien shake that they really enjoy? I like the muscle milk but the milk to mix them with is not setting well with me...hope for a happy post tomorrow!! 

Life has been changing 3 days out of my RNY surgery and feeling pretty good! Just been drinking fluids walking and resting. has been the best thing for me.  Thanks to all the help of my husband b.c with out him being here I probobly would not be doing what I need to be doing!! and he is taken greay care of me!! Looking forward to the hard working results!! 

I am getting anxious as tuesday approches! It has been hard for me to believe that after waiting four years my time has finally come! I hope the 20inches of snow that we just recieved does not change anything for tuesday! 

I am about 5  days out from my surgery date and my thoughts are running ramped.  I Know that for me to have a better healthly longer life this is what need's to be done...and that after 4 years of trying to have my RNY The time has come for the change and I can honestly say it makes me nervous!! Well tomorrow is another day! 

Today I was out for a walk and was thinking that I had not heard from the Dr's office yet if my insurance had approved me for the surgery. I walked in the house and the phone rang and I was approved! I was so excited to hear! My surgery date is now 12/22/09....What More Could I ask for as a Christmas present! 3 days before! and what a way to welcome 2010!!
