My mom and I went to Oxford Sunday to see Theresa! SHE LOOKED GREAT! I couldn't believe that she had surgery on Friday and was doing as well as she was! She is hoping to go home today! She is very excited and very determined, and I know that she can do this! She has such a supportive husband and family! Will update when I know something else!

Theresa, Congratulations on your successful surgery. It was wonderful to hear you were in such a good mood while still in the hospital. The staff at Baptist Memorial are wonderful and your surgeon is great. Dr. King performed Lap RNY on me 6-30-03 and I've done great. Good Luck girlfriend. Big Bear Hugs Lesa

I spoke with Theresa this morning, she answered the phone something like "Blair's love shack"...LMAO .....she sounded so good...and with any luck she will get to go home tomorrow. She sure did not sound like someone who just friday had open ryn....

hey. This is Gloria. Theresa's sister. Theresa is doing good. She is still in ICU but should be moved to a room sometime today.. She had her leak test this morning. Everyhing went well, and she passed it.. The Dr said he might release her on monday.. thanks to everyone for all the support. I will let her know about your messages. thanks again.GLORIA

I just spoke with Theresa's husband James and her surgery went just great and she will spend the night in ICU, and tomorrow after her leak test she will go into a regular room and Maybe even get to go home on Monday.....Please send her prayers and good vibes...
