Day 2

I survived day 2 on Opifast....did great all day till i went and got gas.....gggggggrrrrrrrrrr.....i bought a bottle of water....then...the candy bar and ice cream called out my name...i bought one of each....i knew in the back of my mind..dont eat it  dont eat it...but i did.....it didnt taste as good as i thought it would....  OH well..I will just start

anyways....the rest of the day has gone well.....but i know i am not getting enough water in...i just bought some crystal light...maybe flavouring the water will help me want to drink more of it...

Well i have a big day tomorrow..it will be a challenging day..i have my parents 50th wedding anniversary open house and dinner..and since i am on the Optifast...i can not have anything else to eat....it will be hard...but i am sure i will have enough family support there to help me thru....it will just be strange  drinking my shake when everyone else i having roast beef mashed potatoes...veggies...pie and cake....
BUT i will do it...I have to do it..if i want the surgery to succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
