I have received a date for my sleeve surgery.  I think this is a great valentine present ... to myself!  I am scared, excited, and voraciously looking for information!  My surgery will be March 20/12.  I have lots of pre-surgery appointments and have to consider what I will be telling them at work.  I'm booked for some pre-surgery classes and I hope to get some info on what kinds of foods to have around after surgery.

I'm really looking forward to losing weight, getting healthier, and feeling better!!
