Afte reading a lot of posts on the mainboard I got very scared about surgery. All the horror stories! Saw my primary care doctor yesterday and it pointed out when people are upset about something they get very vocal. When people are happy they often do not say anything. He also reasurred me that the surgeons here in the cities are for the most part experts and the risk has gone done drastically for WLS. The surgery is back on. There are some foods that I have been mourning about losing so have decided to give them up now before the surgery so it won't be so hard after the surgery. Diet Root Beer and have discovered good steaks for the first time in 20 years. The steaks have too much fat and I can not chew very good so will have to give up.
