"Very upbeat and approachable. I was happy to find out he had had the surgery himself and also was a Christian. His staff was very helpful and friendly, almost like an extended family. They seemed to remember you and didn't treat you like just an insurance claim. I guess the fact that he was so busy is the least thing I liked about him although he seemed to be very attentive when he was w/me in the office. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked. He has done over 1500 RNY surgeries and hasn't lost one to surgery yet. He has a very extensive aftercare program and makes sure you are aware of each step clearly. I would rate him on a scale of 10 a 9 (I never give 10's) "
