This is my journey.
I try to document all the important events that happen in my weight loss journey in the hopes that it will help someone else that may be seeking to take this trip to a healthier life and may have questions but are afraid or to shy to ask about certain things.
Perhaps there are somethings that I have gone through that they may be about to go through but have no clue as to what is going on.
So as you read my story, please keep in mind that this is what happened to me and may not happen to you.
