I guess I should have started this a long time ago but better late than never....I am down 99 pounds as of 7/9/2007. Surgery date was 9/29/06 so I am so excited that it's finally happening. I am having issues lately with the monitoring of everything I put in my mouth...I have an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other. You would think I am eating cakes and cookies, but no I eat a handful of pretzels or a small baked potatoe with dinner and I am beating myself up...those dreadful carbs but I don't feel right if I don't get a few in. It has been such interesting ride and I have met so many great people. I have learned that my little pouch can get very cranky very easily lately and tums have become my best friend. I guess I am still learning. I am trying to get motivated for excersise but now that I don't have the school work load for a few months I have become lazy. It's funny the busier you are the easier it is to work out, why is that? Okay done for today more later this week.
