"I have decided to have wls. After carefully viewing many wonderful surgeons in my area I decided to go with Dr. Jawad Muhammad.
After, successfully completing all requirements I was DENIED of no fault of my own! When I contacted my ins. company to get a better understanding to why I was denied they told me because they did not have any of my clinicals i.e BMI, 5 year history etc.
Im am furious!
I was told that the appeal papers was sent in after findind out they weren't until a week later. I know he has a great reputation an a high volume of clientel but the staff needs to be more detail when submitting paper work. If I would not have kept calling Dr. Jawad's office I would have never known. I have yet to receive an apology. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance!"
