Tryin to figure this all out

Hello world,
My name is Akeia. I'm a 23 year old, 5'1", 288 pound girl. And I'm sick of it. After years of not being able to lose the weight on my own I am tryin to find a way to have surgery...most likely the sleeve. Unfortunately my current insurance excludes bariatric surgery, even if it is medically necessary. I am looking into different options to try to have the surgery done. First option is trying to get a job which has benefits that will cover the surgery. Second option is checking into self pay insurance. Third option is waiting until next year and having my mom self pay (an option that I don't really like because even though I know she will make this huge sacrifice, I don't want her to). Fourth option is going out of the country and self paying (which is still not ideal for several reasons).
Does anybody know any good jobs with benefits that will cover surgery in Miami?
