One week to go...

I have one week until surgery. I'm so nervous! I'm trying to get my stuff together and make sure everything is ready for the house and the kids and the husband. Eep. I'm also trying to make sure I've got everything ready for the hospital. I'm not totally sure what to pack. Advice anyone?
