I just went to the Doctors.  He said I am doing well.  I thought I was loosing at a slow pace, but I guess I am doing ok. It has been seven months since surgery, and I have lost 74 lbs.  Was hoping to loose more, but I can't complain.  Just 61 more to go.

I am just about 8 weeks post surgery.  I have lost 33 1/2 lbs. so far.   I went through the three week slow down, and I just had another one that only lasted a week.  I am loosing about 1/2 lb. a day for the last two days.  I feel my weight loss is slow.  Is it normal to loose this slow?  I have been walking or doing some kind of exercise almost every day.  I just joined this sight today to get some help.   I am eating about 800 to 900 calaries a day...Help
