"This doctor was the rudest doctor I have ever met. He is good at telling you things like "you don't look like you have had more than a couple of sets of twins" or "I have seen a lot of people a lot worse that you" or how about "her breast have "headed south"" that is what he wrote in my medical charts. He also contradicted himself when writing the reports, he said in the beginning of the report that I had rashes, sores, etc, but in the part that the insurance company got he told them that I didn't have any of those symtoms. I wouldn't recommend this person to anyone who wanted anyone with personality and a willingness to help because you certainly won't be getting it from him."

"I ended up having Dr. Watts as Dr. Carter was not in town the day of my surgery. I met with Dr. Watts and he explained everything to me and he did a great job on my surgery. He came up and saw me every day after my surgery and the staff was outstanding!!!!!!!! I only had one bad nurse and she let my IV infiltrate my hand which ended up being the size of a small grapefruit. Other than that My surgical team was outstanding and the post-op caregivers were exceptional. "
