I must say I am feeling a lot better then I expected to feel. I am not sure how much weight I lost but I am sure that I would do it again only because I have no longer needed any diabetes medication. I feel sore but walking does help a lot and I cant wait to see the fruits of my labor. I am so excited just 5 days to go! I can't wait have this chapter of my life end and start a new journey. I know it's not going to be easy and I may have a lot of challenges but I am sure it will be worth it at the end.
