I did it!  Holy Sh*t...... I ran/jogged a 1/2 marathon!!!  I still have the full marathon to go in October, but I am so excited that I actually completed one of my goals.  I am so excited that I even finished in less time than I thought I would!!!!  A special thank you to my sister that helped push me along and kept me moving.  Also, to my other two sisters who did it with me.  It was an awesome experience! 

           

I can't believe I have lost a whole person, I can't imagine walking around with that extra weight.  I still have a hard time seeing myself as thinner, but a whole person!!!  Wow, I hope I can keep it up and lose another 20-30 lbs. to hit goal!

So I have had a good couple of weeks in that I have finally gotten under that 200 mark!!!! I am so excited.  For awhile it would go back and forth and I would fight with myself to stay under that and I finally have!!! For anyone trying to get there believe me I can understand all the feelings and thoughts that run through your head.  I never thought it would be possible, now I just focus on the next level and keep moving.  While the weight comes off slower and slower these last few months I still know that I can do it!!!

I set myself a goal for 10.10.10 I am running ok maybe walking/jogging the Chicago Marathon!!!!  I hope that my training for that will help me get to my next  goal!!

I finally hit 100 pounds lost - I can't believe it!!! I am so excited.  It seems like just yesterday I had surgery, but at the same time the weight just can't come off fast enough. 

I can't thank the support group - that I attend each month- enough for their help and all their support.  They have given me strenght, encouragement and just th reasurance that I can do this and keep moving!!!
