Well, I am four months out from my surgery and have 19 lbs to go!! The hardest thing is coping with being ableto eat something one day and not being able to the next. Very frustrating for me and hard to come up with fresh ideas for what to eat.  Adjusting but slowly it would seem....Loving how I am looking minus the sagging areas but hey it did not take me overnight to get obese so it will not take me overnight to get a normal body back.  Working on the regular exercise it is difficult when i am so dog gone busy...but I will conguer this too!!

Well, it has been almost 4 months now and I am well on my way to my goal!  I cannot believe how much better I feel and how fast weight comes off.  It is nice to hear people tell you how great you look!!! I am looking forward to the future and my goal weight!!! See ya talk with ya later.

Hello all! I am five weeks out from surgery and I am happy to say that my stall has ended!!! I have a total of 32 lbs lost and I am felling so much better.  Still struggling wioth getting the necessary water in but it is improving daily.  I was able to tuck in a shirt for the first time since high school!!! WOW!!! Emotions are still a little roller coater like but overall doing well and looking forward to whatever God brings my way!!! Be blessed!!

Well, it is almost 4 weeks out now since my surgery and I am doing well.  I have begun to start trying some new tastes and flavors taking it nice and slow.  I am trying to set up a nice eating schedule along with keeping track of my intake of fluids and protein to be sure I am getting enough.  Beginning to add more strenous type exercise now and that will take a few weeks to get use to.  Cannot believe I actually have sore muscles.  25 lbs are gone already and it is amazing how much better I feel.  Looking forward to the pool weather!!

Well, it has been 2 weeks since my surgery and every day seems to get better and better. I have lost about 20 lbs so far and I am beginning to regain energy like I have not had in a very long time.  I am even sleeping better! My husband has been so supportive, he went on the liquid diet with me and is now on the soft/puree food diet with me!!! He is just so good!

I just wanted to give everyone an update I will try to get back here is about a week or so! Be Blessed!!

I am excited I have been approved!!! I am now scheduled for surgery on the 19th of April!!! It has been a short journey but yet it seems kind of surreal to me right now.

One week out and I am still waiting to hear whether I have been approved or not for surgery.  Waiting is not really my best quality.
