Still going!!! - Welp, Im down from 323 to 225 i ride my mike 7 miles now im hoping to get up to 10 miles also working out with weights i still have 45 pounds to go. But i know i will get there

Getting sick - Ate Cantaloupe got sick, Ate eggs and got sick soooooo i guess its a part of learning how to eat once again lol
