Slip????

Ok I have to vent here....I went to the doctor on Thursday thinking I was going to get a fill and he said I have a possible slip. So now I am on 3 weeks mushies/liquids and I have to go back so he could look at it again. God I hope that it goes back the way it's supposed to. :( I was on my way home talking to a friend and got a speeding ticket too :( Not my day I guess.

Well here I am I have lost 75 lbs...I still really want to lose 40 more but I feel like I am stuck. I haven't lost any weight in a couple of weeks but I don't feel like I really need to go back for a fill yet either. I think I am in a good place right now. I guess I need to lay off the sweet stuff and work out more. As a matter of fact I am going to run on the treadmill now for 40 mins. So maybe that will help me jump start a little and get the last 40 off.
