I am now 8 days post op RNY surgery. It has been a rough 8 days. I sit here at times and wonder if this was the right thing for me to do. (Even though I know it is.) I just never really realized how much I love to eat. So now sitting here alone and bored all I want to do is go out and eat. I can't though and I haven't. I have stayed strong because I know that it is going to take time to break that habit. I need to find new things to become addicted to like exercise and new hobbies. I know that I can do this. Seeing the before and after pics of everyone on here just motivates me even more. I can't wait to be me again.
