First visit for pre-auth

So I saw my surgeon and got a list of what to do. I saw the NUT and had my psh eval. I now have my real 1st visit with the surgeon but need to figure this whole exercise therapy out. So confusing...I wish you could just get a checklist that tells you exactly what to do.
