4 Weeks Out!

I so trying to understand this new pouch, but I am having a hard time... so as of this morning I am down 21.40 pounds since surgery and 30.40 pounds since my heavist weight.  I feel like I should have lost so much more, but I guess your body is just in shock.  I started working out this week... Monday I went to a gym and worked out for 30 minutes, last night I walked a mile and swim for about 45 minutes.  I am feeling really good and I am back to work at a full time status.  My diet is simple... Breakfast:  Cheese Stick & Turkey, Snack: Protein Shake, Lunch: Beans, Chicken & Cheese, Dinner: It varies... I have tryed chicken, crab, fish and all is going down fine!  Thanks for reading!
