EIGHT YEAR ANIVERSARY

Just want to say Hello to everyone. I still check in and read Obesity help everyday but I don't post much. Just want everyone to know that I am doing great at 8 years out. I  have kept the weight off and enjoying life. I could never have done that with out surgery. I miss everyone posting and wish you all the best.
