I am so shocked with my results.  I never thought that I would loose this much weight EVER.  Honestly I didn't even think that I would break about 60 or 70 pounds.  Now here I am and loving it.  I can do sooooo much more than I ever thought I would.  I have never regretted this decision.  It has saved my life.  I have slowed down the weight loss and am fine with that.  I am down 138 pounds total.  I feel like a different person.  It is neat to look back and see all the changes I have gone through not to mention the cloths that are now everywhere in my room.
