Hey Bob!!!!!!!!Best wihses and hope ya have a short stay and speedy recovery from surgery. Would be great to see you at the clothing exchange on Nov 20th.....would mean that you are recovered and feeling well. So hurry up to this side and join us loosers...hugs....

Hey Bob, Good luck to us both then. November 4th and 5th are great dates to start to get healthy don't you think?! I've started a liquid diet on Sunday and I think that this is probably going to be the hardest part. At least when doing the liquid thing after surgery there won't be much hunger! I wish the best for you and a no pain recovery! Deb :)
