Eleven days to go.... So I started my low carb diet this week, things are going fine with it. I attended a suport group on yesterday (my first time) I wish that I had went sooner. The support group was great because their were people who were pre-op and post-op everyone talked freely and shared their experiences. It helped me to know what I have to look forward in the coming months and how to deal with some of the issues that arise. I will defintely be going back again. I suggest anyone thinking about the surgery should attend a support group.

16 Days Pre-Op

I had my post-op class on the 10th. Wow, they give you so much information and insight. This class defintely gives you the tools you need to succeed. I am starting to get anxious with only three weeks to go. I am so looking forward to the surgery, I can't wait.
