hey every body thanks for all the well wishes im doing really good so far other then a lil soreness on my left side im doing good ive lost 30lbs since surgery i ready to start working out to help this weight peel off a lil fast but thanks again for the prayers and get well

well lets its just three day till my surgery and I'm trying to get things lined out . I'm starting to get a Lil nervous and yet very very excited i cant wait to start my new life with my family i hope it will help us be an even stronger family able us to do things as a family and not just sit back and watch because I'm to big to ride or just sit because I'm out of breath cause I'm out of shape so every body pray as for i will be doing a lot of it my self I'm really thank full for my friend and family thanks to everybody 

well I've got just 8 more day to get every thing in line and ready for my big day I'm really excited now with a Lil touch of nervous but my wife is strong and helping me every step of the way ...

well i only have 16 more days till my big day and yes im getting nervous now i just hope i do the right things afrter surgery im sure ill be ok i have a strong support group my wife and family and friend ill be ok just pray for me and ill be ok

hello every body i have my date and now in starting to get nervous I'm just hoping i do the right things leading up to my surgery and after i have my wonderful wife to help me and to smack my hand to make sure I'm on track and i need it to ??? but i really want this i need this i want to live my live to its fullest and being over weight holds me back so I'm ready so it 46 days and counting it cant happen fast enough
